Council's Purpose
A PTA Council serves as an umbrella organization for multiple local PTA units within a specific geographic area.
The purpose of this Council is to promote, within the Council territory, the interests of the National PTA, California State PTA, and Fourth District PTA. This is done through advocacy and education in collaboration with parents, teachers, students and the public.
